- Cancellations must be received by telephone no less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
- Cancellations due to medical emergency must be accompanied by mailed or faxed letter from attending physician.
- Cancellations due to official duty must be accompanied by a letter from sponsor's company commander.
- Cancellations must be made by the sponsor whose name appears on the reservation.
- Cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
Any reservation not cancelled at least seven days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to the first
night's stay for each accommodation.
Fishing charters are not refundable less than seven days prior to fishing date.
