• Cancellations must be received by telephone no less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellations due to medical emergency must be accompanied by mailed or faxed letter from attending physician.
• Cancellations due to official duty must be accompanied by a letter from sponsor's company commander.
• Cancellations must be made by the sponsor whose name appears on the reservation.
• Cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
• A 48 hour notice is now required for an early checkout. Guests must inform the front desk by 1100 hours 2 days prior to their departure. A one night fee will be charged for guests that do not provide 48 hour notice of an early departure.

Any reservation not cancelled at least seven days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to the first night's stay for each accommodation.  Fishing charters are not refundable less than seven days prior to fishing date.
