The Resort offers 12 townhouses for our guests who are looking for something roomier than a motel room with
additional features. Two of the units have a fireplace, and one is handicapped accessible.
Sleeping accommodations
Each unit sleeps a maximum of six people and features a private bedroom downstairs with a double bed, a couch in
the living room which folds out into a double bed, and a loft area upstairs with two single beds.
Kitchenette
Featuring a two-burner range, microwave oven, coffee maker, small refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, and place
settings for six people.
Other information
There is one full bathroom downstairs. All linens are provided. TV/VCR and with cable and DVD downstairs. Telephone with voice messaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are NOT allowed in the townhouses! Please make other arrangements for your four-legged
friends. Reservations are available 365 days in advance; a 7 day advanced notice is required for cancellations. All
reservations must be held with a major credit card.
Townhouses
are now based on quadruple occupancy; each additional guest will be charged
$15.00 per night.
Children 17
and under will not be charged the $15.00 fee.
A 48 hour
notice is now required for an early checkout. Guests must inform the front desk by 1100 hours 2 days prior to their
departure. A one night fee will be
charged for guests that do not provide 48 hour notice of an early departure.
Guests who
reserve accommodations for persons other than immediate family (immediate
family is considered the sponsor, spouse and children under 18) will be charged
rate 3 for each additional accommodation that they reserve. Our 50% rule is still in effect, each
authorized user may sponsor 1 (one) non-authorized guest.
